WHAT IS QUEST DAY CENTER?

Quest Day Center is a child developmental day program, provided by LifeQuest Support Services. 

We believe that all individuals are on their own personal Quest! Our goal is to assist in that adventure by providing individuals with a safe and inclusive environment where they can thrive and reach their full potential. By offering specialized programs and services tailored to their unique needs, we aim to enhance consumers’ quality of life, promote their indenpendence, and foster their personal growth and development. Our goal is to create a community that celebrates diversity and empowers indiviudals with special needs to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Fun Atmosphere

We will reach new altitudes in a fun environment that is conducive to, not only learning, but also having a good time in all activities. We will gather for games and conversations at Base Camp, learn cooking proficiency in the kitchen, and develop desired skills for any Quest at our Summit learning center.

Personal Health & Wellness

We will work together to empower consumers to develop their personal strengths, build confidence, and make informed decisions. We will cover topics such as self-advocacy, communication skills, nutrition education, exercise, and self-esteem building.

Life Skills Training

We provide training and support in essential life skills such as personal hygiene, communication skills, meal planning and preparation, money management, and household chores. This will help individuals on a quest toward independence and self-sufficiency in their daily lives.

Community Integration

We facilitate opportunities for our consumers to engage in social activities and interact with their peers. This includes community outings and social events that encourage socialization, friendship-building, and community integration.

Individualized Support

Everyone’s adventure is a little different. Each individual will have their own personal Quest plan. We provide individualized support services tailored to the specific needs and goals of each consumer. This may include assistance with personal care, behavior management, life skills, cooking, chores, and accessing community resources.

Therapeutic Activities

We organize a variety of therapeutic activities such as art, music, and other recreational activities.

These activities promote self-expression, enhance social skills, and improve physical and emotional well-being.
